Experienced Media Analyst and project manager
Nicole Emme is an experienced reputation management, communications and insights consultant having spent over 15 years working in the media analytics and research sector and a further 10 years working in the media industry. During her time at several sector-leading media monitoring & intelligence providers including Kantar (Onclusive), Precise and Cision, Nicole has advised global clients such as Unilever, P&G, MOET, L’Oreal, AIRBUS and Coca-Cola on their media measurement solutions to ensure that they are extracting both best value and that the programs deliver actionable insight for the marketing and communications teams.
Nicole is adept at creating analytics tailored frameworks for measurement for clients, to allow their communications activity across traditional and social platforms to be benchmarked against internal KPIs and objectives and to deliver benchmark against sector performance against their competitor set. With knowledge of most analytics platforms and desktop-based data applications, she knows how to extract the most out of your data as well as visualise it in an easy to digest manner.
Being fluent in English, Dutch, German, and Spanish, and with the ability to read several other languages Nicole has the ability to both effectively manage global accounts and to critically examine any multi-market monitoring and analysis solution in order to bring around process efficiencies, functionality and a harmonized analytics approach across multiple markets, and crucially also the support from local country teams for overarching global projects.
Through her experience of managing large-scale international research projects, Nicole is perfectly placed to advise clients on every element of their communications research from best practice, recommending robust and effective research methodologies to creative data visualisation and the most effective means for a communications team to communicate their value internally.
When not working on a project, or exploring new features in software packages or dashboards, she can often be found looking at life and the everyday details that are easily missed through a lens as she’s enjoyed photography since she was a child. Recently she has acquired and allotment, so a lot of her free time is spent looking after strawberry and raspberry plants in the hopes they produce enough fruit for her homemade jam.
